A 60–90 minute session to prepare for your fourth-trimester needs.

In-Home Postpartum Support Visits
Gentle, restorative care tailored to your needs each day. Support may include:
Emotional check-ins and compassionate presence
Newborn care assistance (soothing, diapering, bathing guidance, safe-sleep support)
Feeding support (breast/chest, bottle, combo feeding)
Recovery support for your physical and emotional well-being
Light house care: tidying, baby laundry, simple meal prep
Rest support: I help care for baby so you can sleep, shower, or take time to ground
Unlimited Text/Phone Support
During the first 6 weeks, you can reach out anytime for:
